    Hi we have an issue with the background video in a colour section when on mobile devices. How do we create a fall back for this?

    Also our links on the fly out mobile menu are not working when on a mobile device… we have tested it on an iphone.

    Getting pretty stressed out now :P But still managing!

    Hey!

    Set the image background for the section and check the box to hide the video on mobile devices:

    For the button link issue what iPhone version, OS version and does nothing happen when you press a nav menu item or something else?

    Hey Dev, sorry i didnt see those setting for the video/mobile fall back :P

    In terms of the iphone buttons i’m using IOS7.1.2, the menu comes up but absolutely nothing happens when i try push one.

    Thats the first I’ve heard of the menu not working on an iOS device. I’ve tagged another of the support crew as I don’t have an iPhone handy to test your site with to see if it might be something specific on your installation.

    Thanks Devin, we just adde some styling to the menu, colours etc, so hope thats not causing it, we also having resize issues in firefox..

    correct, your website menu (startpage) and LINKS are not working on ios7 iphone. Your subpages work though! Hope this helps. duplicate it and delete the backgound image. check again, find out what causes this. maybe its an z-index problem.

    safari, newest. very common and heavily used. check the big background slider -> is responsible for all this I guess.

    not working on my iphone eather! it ist just the HOME, rest looks and works great.

    I will try change it tomorrow, but now on the home page all we have is the themes build in functionality, we are just using a video link.

    The menu is working on android…

    Hi Yigit, the menu is working now on iphone IOS7 The problem was the video in the colour section. This needs to be replaced by a background image when on mobile. Setting that up has sorted out the menu. So i will do the same thing with the slider we set up yesterday :)
