    Hello,
    I’m experiencing unusual troubles.
After I wrote the draft of an article, I wanted to preview it before publishing it.
But the preview screen shows everything but the article. And on the editing page of the article I have this warning message saying that there is an error… the JSON is not valid.
I saw there was an update version (4.7.4), so I upgraded to it.
But still, the error remains and nothing appear on the preview screen of the article.
Then I decided to publish this article despite it’s not over.
But I got a beautifull 500 internal server error!
Of course I unpublished the article immediately.
    But what’s going on here?
Any clue, any help will be appreciated…

    It is solved.
The bug had nothing to do with Enfold, I had a problem with my htaccess file and the permalink settings.
Everything came back at the right place.

Hi. Im facing this issue currently “Updating failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON response.”
    Could you please advice me

    Hi fakhrulzamani
    I don’t know what’s your problem.
For my issue, I renamed my .htacces file like .htaccess-OLD then I renamed it again to its regular name: .htaccess
Then I saved again the Permalinks in the general settings of my WP even though I have changed nothing.
    It worked for me.
I hope it will help you.
