Failed to publish page

I have updated to Enfold 4.5.5 and WordPress 5.1.1, running PHP 7.2.11 yet I cannot update any pages. When I use Advance Layout Editor and even the basic editor and then go to publish the page it does not publish. Instead I get the message in a red box at the top of the page saying, “Publishing failed.” So we cannot make any changes to any pages, posts, or portfolio items because we always get this same message. I deactivated plugins to see if there was a conflict and there doesn’t seem to be any conflict. Thank you for any help you can give!
