Hi there,
URL: http://www.tangonorfolk.com
Whenever I try to edit a block of my page, I get this error message: Failed to initialize plugin: avia_builder_button
Sometimes, I can edit the block despite of this. On some pages, it just shows a blank content.
I disabled all plugins, but the error remained.
Login credentials see below. Can you help?
Thank you.October 14, 2021 at 6:16 pm #1324977I think I found the cause for this error: It only occurs on pages where I have inserted a script form set up on Cognito Forms, like on this page: https://www.tangonorfolk.com/classes__trashed/improve-your-tango/. There seems to be an incompatibility, although the forms displays correctly?
October 15, 2021 at 5:11 am #1325036Hi,
Thanks for the login details and update. I checked the page you linked to, but I can’t see any error messages. Is there anything in particular that we need to do in order to reproduce this problem?
Best regards,

thanks for your reply. If you go to https://www.tangonorfolk.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=623&action=edit or https://www.tangonorfolk.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=309&action=edit&classic-editor=1, and click to edit the text block, you’ll se this pink error message coming up. Fortunately at the moment it doesn’t show an empty text box, but did it before.
Certainly this error message shouldn’t pop up.I can send a screenshot if you want. Where can I post it?
Just fearing I’ll get this empty box again which I can’t edit. Something’s crashing with the avia builder button plugin!
October 15, 2021 at 2:36 pm #1325129Hi,
Thanks for the update and clarification, I see that box too when opening the text block element. Are we allowed to temporarily deactivate plugins for testing purposes?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 15, 2021 at 4:37 pm #1325160Yes, you can deactivate the plugins – I’ve done that too, without success.
I’m pretty sure it’s to do with the script form on all 3 pages, from cognito forms. But I need these forms!October 16, 2021 at 5:46 am #1325213Hi,
Thanks for the update. I placed the form code in Code Block element on the page in private, and it seems to be working as it should after that. Could you check and verify on your end please?
