Hello support,
I successfully managed to put in a code block and embedding a facebook iframe into it.
Both on the computer and on my mac there is a large gap beneath the video. How do I get rid of that on both devices?
https://mindventure.dk/ and look for the video inside the code block in the middle
October 31, 2020 at 5:13 pm #1257251Hi AuroraArcus,
We apologize for the delayed response and thanks for giving us admin access.
The iframe has a height of 1080 which is causing the issue, I changed the width from 1920 to 1500 and height from 1080 to 844.
Let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,

thank you. It solved it on my mac. But my smartphone still has a large gap. Do you know how to solve that:)?
October 31, 2020 at 5:45 pm #1257268Nikko, as a sidenote, do you know how to turn on number of views of the same facebook video?
I have 180000 views and its not showing, which is a major downturn for my business
October 31, 2020 at 6:45 pm #1257287Hi AuroraArcus,
I think the views only shows when your facebook posts appear, other than that there’s really no option to show it.
As for the video, I would suggest following their instructions in: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/embedded-video-playerBest regards,
NikkoOctober 31, 2020 at 8:48 pm #1257322Nikko can you pass on to the devs that I really need this feature and for some reason it was deleted around 8 months ago! I believe its something in your enfold theme limiting me, because for 2 years it was displaying the views without a problem.!!!
October 31, 2020 at 8:49 pm #1257323Ive put thousands of dollars into that video to get the view count up, so its of great importance to have the issue solved!!!
November 3, 2020 at 3:54 am #1257843Hi AuroraArcus,
I apologize for the delayed response.
I think I have misunderstood since I was still referring to the Facebook Page Plugin (previously likebox) and you were actually referring to facebook videos using the Videos widget and I have tried it using one of your facebook videos and tested it using TwentyTwenty (Default WordPress theme) and it won’t accept it. I tried to check on how this could work and it these are the resources you can use to put the video:
