    Dear Kriesi,

I have a problem with facebook social share with the blogs.
I have read some topics about it already but installing opengraph plugins including APP ID’s and secret app code / admin facebook ID entered, but still the problem that the facebook share will show the message: page not found.

    Website:

Scroll to the bottom where you can see some blogs and facebook share icons.

    Blog example:

    I greatly appreciate your help.
    If you need any more

    Hey danle,

You are getting some errors in the Facebook debugger tool, please see private. I’m not sure exactly what you have installed or changed, though you should not have to do anything to be able to use the share buttons. What happens if you remove what you added?

    Best regards,

    Thank you for your reply.

I can remember it had to do something with the Church Enfold theme import.
First I thought it was Blog designer pro. But deactivating it doesn’t help.

    Kind regards,

    Dan

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for the feedback, though there is nothing in the theme which prevents from sharing your posts. Could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict maybe?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I just tried to deactivate all plugins. Still the same.

    I found this post:
    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wrong-image-for-the-facebook-sharing/

I tried this solution and many other opengraph plugins, but still page not found problem.
When I click the article that I shared with the page not found message it will open the the right page, so the link does work.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Best regards,
    Basilis
