Facebook share doesn't include feature photo

Hi, When i go to share a blog link on FB (whether through the share button or a copy/paste of the URL, the feature photo doesn’t appear as it should – instead I either get our generic logo pic or no pic at all.

Any ideas what i can do to fix this?
