    Hi Enfold support Team!

    As I’m browsing the support Forums I’m getting the impression, that it is not possible to integrate GDPR compliant Facebook pixel Opt-Out functionalities without using external Plugins.

    Is this right?

    No you can do it, you can use any plugin you want and it should work just fine.

    Hi Basilis,
    thank you for your answer. I know I can use external GDPR compliant cookie notices. But do I need to?

    Pleas let me rephrase my question:
    I need to use external PlugIns to integrate Facebook and conform to GDPR, right? It’s not possible to use just enfold and integrate Facebook Pixel and Google analytics in a GDPR compliant way, right?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the clarification.

    The theme by default should be able to handle cookies from Google Analytics, but not from Facebook Pixel, although you can add both scripts in the Google Analytics field and the theme will keep them disabled on page load and only enable them once the user consent to the cookies.
