I can see the widget on my macbook, my iPhone, but not in the iPad. My partner has also an iPhone but he cannot see the widget. A friend with samsung has the same problem. Ik checked the links, I installed it again but no luck. I hope you have a solution to this problem.

The site looks good on my end. I’m able to view the widgets and all other contents without any issue on Samsung Note 2. Please elaborate the issue more which browser you are using and if possible would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)

VinayMay 24, 2016 at 9:13 pm #637728Hello Vinay,
Thanks for your reaction. What I like to achieve is to see the Facebook like-box on all screens and all browsers.
I learned today from a friend; its visible on Samsung Android, not on Firefox, not on his iPad and not on his iPhone. I find this really strange, because I can see it on my iPhone (6) but it does not show on my partners iPhone (6s), both in the safari-app. When I look it up in Google on my iPhone it isn’t visible either ;-(Is it possible that it has to do with installing a SSL-certificate on the site?

GertrudMay 26, 2016 at 4:49 pm #638813Hi,
I can see your facebook widget just fine. So sounds to me as a caching issue. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Are you using any cache plugin?

I don’t have any issues on mu macbook and iPhone, but others on their devices (not Apple).
And our iPads (2 and the newest) don’t show the likebox, also on my partners iPhone 6s it doesn’t show.
Maybe its like you say, a cache problem, but can you inform me how to clear a browser on a tablet and a smartphone? And is it possible to do a hard refresh on a tablet or on a smartphone? I cannot find this on the net.I just checked the site in Screenfly and on that platform I didn’t see any issues either.

please stick to theme related questions only. For everything else Google is your best friend :).

AndyJune 1, 2016 at 10:49 pm #641754I recently updated the Enfold Child theme and hoped this was the solution but no…
Earlier I was wondering if it is possible that it has to do with installing a SSL-certificate on the site
Because Google is my best friend….I found this remark on a forum..
Updates WordPress goes through a http -connection and WP- themes through https…Another site I made, http://www.figuura.nl, has the same Facebook-widget, but no SSL-certificate and this works just fine.
Can this be the problem?June 2, 2016 at 12:01 pm #641973Hi,
I can see your likebox just fine:
Please clear browser cache and check on another device as well.

AndyJune 2, 2016 at 12:24 pm #641989Andy, I suspect you think I’m very inconvenient…I’m sorry but I tried everything…I also installed a Facebook-plugin to compare and I got the same problem…
In which browser you are viewing the site and on which device?
It looks allright on my side too, but not on devices from many others ;-(
And when someone views the site for the first time, it cannot be just a cache-problem? Or is this a stupid remark?June 2, 2016 at 12:43 pm #642008Hi,
I checked on chrome using developer tools and ipad-peek.com as well. I will tag someone from our team with an iPad for this.
Best regards,
