Hi!
I’m looking for a solution to integrate Facebook & Instagram feed without them bringing the site down to a crawl ?
Any tips on good plugins ?
We currently use these

I don’t know of any that I can recommend. The WordPress plugin repository is a good place to find new plugins, https://wordpress.org/plugins/.
If anyone knows of any then please share.
