    Hi,

    our website has been loading extremelly slowly in the past 4 weeks (and it is slowing down day by day) –> can it have something to do with the enfold theme or with the latest updates of the theme? with the previous theme we had never similar problems and are a bit lost now.…

    thanks for getting back to us so quickly – our php version is 7.1.28

    we will check out the article but we are a bit lost in the terminology – is it something our server provider should look at?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, please see private for a full run-down of what is being loaded on your site and for how long. The first thing I would look at would be to reduce the amount and size of images on the page.

    Hi Lucie,

    Thanks for the login details, I don’t know what they are for though since there is a htaccess password prompt before coming to the WordPress login page, and the details don’t work for that. Also, what exactly do you need help with?
