On mobile an extra slash (after the #) is automatic added to the URL when clicking on anchor links and the back-to-top button.
Sometimes it happens immediately and sometimes after a view clicks. After the extra slash is added in the URL the anchorlinks and the back-to-top button don’t work anymore. On a laptop everything works fine so far.Start:
https://domain.nl/beschikbaarheid
Click anchor link:
https://domain.nl/beschikbaarheid/#beschikbaarheid
URL after clicking the link:
https://domain.nl/beschikbaarheid/#/beschikbaarheidFebruary 10, 2018 at 11:11 pm #910672Hey MarijkeTF,

MarijkeFebruary 12, 2018 at 12:35 pm #911070Hi,
Thank you for the update.
I can’t reproduce the issue on desktop. Where are you testing this? Did you add any modifications or scripts for the links or menu items?
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 12, 2018 at 12:53 pm #911072Hi Ismael,
I tested it on mobile devices. You can also reproduce it on desktop by resizing the screen after you clicked an anchor link. The plugins I installed are: Contactform7, Limb Gallery, Strong Testimonials, Updraft Plus,WP-Simple Bookingcalendar and Yoast SEO.
I did not add a script or modifications.Best regards,
MarijkeFebruary 13, 2018 at 4:48 am #911493Hi,
I’m sorry but I can’t reproduce the issue even on mobile view. I went to the “beschikbaarheid-drenthe-lodges”, clicked the “Check beschikbaarheid” link and got the correct url without the extra slash. What is your browser?
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 13, 2018 at 11:51 am #911635Hi Ismael,
I reproduced it on mobile by clicking the anchor links several times. Sometimes it happens imediately and sometimes after a few clicks and swiping from the bottom to the top and vice versa. It happend in all browsers.
But I found out that when I deactivate the Limb Gallery plugin, the problem doesn’t occur anymore.
Can I do something about this without deactivating the plugin?Best regards,
