Hi guys,
Like most customers around, I’ve updated to 4.1.2 and I have an extra menu in the desktop version (tried both on Safari and Chrome on a Mac) on top of the header area and the Hamburger menu is totally invisible on the mobile version (Android tested on Chrome).
These are links to the screenshots for your references:

Any solution to this please?
Thanks a lot!
July 30, 2017 at 1:26 am #831638Hey Matthew,
Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){ .responsive #top #header .social_bookmarks { display: block!important; } }
Best regards,
MikeJuly 31, 2017 at 10:48 am #832044Hi Mike,
Thanks for getting back to me. Before adding the code above, the desktop version was fine and I didn’t have those unnecessary links.
After adding the code above though, the mobile version, remains unchanged with the burger icon not showing and no menu available.
Thanks and Regards

Teno the same problem in several websites, specifically in this one of a City, the menus are not open in the mobile version.
I’ll tell you the admin access data by private.

I can’t reproduce any of the errors in your screenshots, did you try clearing your browser cache and reload the page?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 1, 2017 at 4:49 pm #832965Hi Rikard,
I cleared the cache on my mobile browser and we’re almost there. Desktop version is fine but on the mobile menu now I have the burger menu on the right hand side but I lost my social media bar which is supposed to show on the top right.
I also removed the code that Mike forwarded earlier and the result on the mobile is clean, the only thing missing now is the social media bar.

August 1, 2017 at 7:31 pm #833041Hi,
I think this thread refers to the problem I am having.
These comments relate to the desktop version only. I haven’t got round to testing the mobile versions yet. The latest update has broken the site. Is it easy to revert to the previous version of the theme?
Since the latest update, I have a large black block with a text menu above most pages (the blog page is OK though). It occupies the top half of the screen and looks horrible. I tried changing to the new burger menu, which removes the text menu and replaces it with a burger menu, but the text menu in the header is also replaced with a second burger menu. Neither of these burger menus work. When you click them they produce a semi-transparent layer with no content.
I added the custom CSS referred to above, but that doesn’t appear to solve the problem. So, I don’t know what to try next. Any help would be appreciatedAugust 7, 2017 at 6:31 am #835222Hi,
Please follow the instructions here after updating to the latest version.

IsmaelAugust 9, 2017 at 4:55 pm #836490Hello team!! I’ve been on vacation, apologize for the delay in response. We have solved the problem of the drop down menus with the double ##, but it generates a Java error that in the medium term will give problems. Any alternative to using # so that not the Java bug? Without having to duplicate the content in the top menu in relation to the first lower menu. Translating Google, apologies for the translation. And second question, how can we change the default colors of menus and submenus autonomously to the desktop version? It has changed all the code of customizations of the old menu that we had made in enough pages with Enfold. Thank you very much!!

Thank you for getting back to us. So all is resolved? Or can you outline the issue that still requires our assistance?
Best regards,
