    Hi,
We are having an issue on our site where extra large white spaces are showing up under images and sometimes text. It is usually in Edge and Chrome. Would you be able to take a look, please, and see what’s going on? You can see it on this page: https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/10-new-year-resolution-ideas-for-wellness/. The sauna photo before the header #10 has a large white space.
    Thanks so much!

    Hey jnightingale,
This is from the Smush Pro plugin, I disabled it and now it is solved.
please clear your browser cache and check.

    Hi, Mike,
Thank you, but I cleared the browser cache, and it is still showing. Plus, now the home page images aren’t showing up… thoughts?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

It seems to be an issue with the image overlay. Please try to add this css code:

    #top .image-overlay.overlay-type-image {
        position: absolute !important;
    }

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi, Ismael,
I added that code, but there are a bunch of images missing on our home page. https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/ And, there is still white space under images on our blog – https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/tips-for-a-healthy-hot-tub/

    Can you please advise?
    Thank you!

    Hi,
I cleared your site cache, and removed the css above and now the white space under images has been removed and I don’t see any missing images on your home page

    Hi, again,
There are still images missing on our home page. Any thoughts on how to get them back? Under the hero image, there are four columns (hot tubs, inground pools, pool remodels, etc) and two rows. Seven of the images aren’t showing up, and only the image on shop online is showing up. This has never happened before. How can we fix it, please?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Did you install any security plugin? We’re getting this error in the home page.

    SyntaxError: unexpected token: identifier
        e https://xxxxxx.sandspas.com/:745
    lockdown-install.js:1:97687

Please try deactivating the plugins temporarily, or clone the site to a staging environment so we can check it thoroughly.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi, Ismael,
I have created a staging site for you, and the access info is below. I didn’t install any new security plugin. So we are still having two issues:
-missing images on the home page (if it helps, when I am logged in, and preview home page, the images are there)
-also the search bar isn’t rendering the way it used to with Enfold.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

The issue is not reproducible on the staging site, regardless of whether we were logged in or not. The images are displaying correctly on the homepage, and there are no large white spaces below the first section. Please check the screenshot (Chrome) below:

Right, I saw that, too. On the regular site at fiestapoolsandspas.com, there are two things wrong:
    -missing images
-on the menu bar, there are black lines between each one, whereas on the staging site (and the rest of the regular site), they show white as they are supposed to.

Any thoughts on what I should do know to fix the regular site?
    Thank!

    Hi,

This error occurs in the live site, but we are not yet sure where it’s coming from.

VM701:7 Uncaught SyntaxError: Failed to execute ‘replaceChild’ on ‘Node’: Unexpected identifier ‘wphb’

Can we deactivate the plugins temporarily?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    #1475670

    Yes! Please and thank you!

    #1475702

    Hi,

The issues don’t occur on the live site anymore — the images are visible, and there are no large gaps. Did you figure out the issue?

Nope. That is so bizarre. Thank you!

    Hi,
I also don’t see any errors on your homepage, please post a screenshot of what you see and the browser / OS that you are using.
To add a screenshot please try using an Screenshot service and pasting the image URL in your post.

    Best regards,
    Mike
