    Hello,
    during our page creating we noticed that some elements have extra closing divs. a lot of sections are outside of the wrap_all div.
    that causes a lot of problems with the mobile version in particular.
    Please help us understand what are we doing wrong or is it a bug in the theme.

    Hi,

    First off, is important to check if there are any plugin conflict and to do it, you need to disable all of them and check if the problem persists, if yes, you can enable the plugins again and ensure if you`re using the latest version of our theme and clear your cache.

    We have done that. that problem is still there. it has to do with some closing tags of the visual editor. it is somewhere closing too many tags.

    Hi,

    The “loginhere” url doesn’t exist. Please check. If there are elements outside the wrap_all div, please try to move the elements or set of elements inside their own color sections. Sometimes, the shortcode tree is not closing itself properly and wrapping the elements in their own section usually helps.

    Hi,

    The shortcode in the following page is broken. ( see private field )

    There is a “test” text right after the shortcode. Did you modify any template files? Please set the builder to debug mode.

    Hello,
    i just added a hook to see the code for the layout builder. it is showing in the header without influencing anything. i already turned it off.
    i enabled the debug mode but i dont see anything in the admin.

    i can see debug stuff now. but i dont know what exactly causes the extra closing divs. please clarify that to us. We really need the mobile version and other functionality to work properly.

    Hi,

    I’m still not sure why the sections are not closing properly. The layout is fixed when I applied the template in another page. ( see private field )

    Please delete the current page then replace it with the “test” page.
