    I normally live by the rule “Never change a winning team”, and so I wonder if it is necesdsary to implement the extensions and updates? Or can this do harm and make changes to my website that I dont want? Now I have suggested updates like “Akismet Anti-Spam”, “iThemes Security” and “WP Super Cache” ……

    Hey Erling,

    Normally nothing happens!
    Our updates are functional always. BUT – we need to always say that you have to take a backup before you update!
    Just in case!

    You mean take a backup of the whole site? How do I do that? And secondly; if something goes wrong and I want to implement the backup version of the site how is that done?
