    Hi! I have been using Enfold theme on my website for quite a few years now.

    I have a question regarding support: is it possible to just pay to extend the expired support for a few more months instead of just re-buy the license?

    Hey Nicole,

    The license for the theme is always valid for life, you don’t need to extend that. If you need to purchase a support period, then you can do that in your Themeforest account.

    Hey Rikard, thanks. From my Theme Forest II cannot seem to separate the license from the extended support period purchase. Would it be possible for you to share the link to purchase the support period only?

    Hello! 10 days ago I purchased a support period Until 01 May 2022 (I wanted to enclose a screenshot if the confirmation email but it seems I cannot attach files here)
    However I am still prompted to enter a license code and activate it when I go back to the support page.

    Can I post my request here?
    My website http://www.tnvirtualassistant.com is built with Enfold and has the WPML plugin with which I made it multilingual (in Italian and English) where you can switch from one to the other by clicking on the ITALIAN/ENGLISH flags.

    I have a blog on the Italian website, but not on the English one. If I try to switch to the English website from my Italian blog page I am redirected to the English blog page…but it doesn’t exist so the visitor gets a sort of 404 error.
    How can I redirect the visitor from the Italian blog page the English HOME PAGE. I asked the plugin support and they told me to get in touch with the theme support so here I am :)

    Could you please post your purchase code here privately so we can try validating your forum account? Please note that we are going to need to reset your forum password.

    Regarding your question, please go to WPML > Languages > Language switcher options and choose “Link to home of language for missing translations” option :)

    Ok If I go in “Downloads” I only see the Enfold purchase of a few year ago, not the latest Support Extended time. Hope that is correct. I will share privately the Item Purchase code.
