    I am a regular Enfold user. I had a problem with the theme and tried to open a support ticket, but it said it couldn’t open a ticket because my support license had expired. So I tried to purchase extended support, but Envato will not let me purchase support unless it is bundled with the cost of the theme. Do I have to buy a new theme license?

    After renewing support, you can login on our support forum and go to https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold#new-post to re-validate your purchase code :)
