    I just launched https://www.myscaraway.com/ and I’m getting reports that the site does not function well on Explorer 11 (top scrolling image does not show up, participant images do not show – most of the participant pages not working…).

    Thoughts on how to troubleshoot?

    Hey Andrea,

    IE11 is not supported any more from Microsoft so we also do not support it. This is a functionality that cant work on those browsers as they are really – really – old.

    I thought IE 11 was the most recent version of Internet Explorer and would continue to be supported:

    “While Internet Explorer 10 will reach its end of support on January 31, 2020, IE 11 will be the only supported version of Internet Explorer on Windows Server 2012 and Windows Embedded 8 Standard.”

    I have a client whose entire company still runs Windows and Internet Explorer 11 – are you sure you aren’t thinking of an earlier version?

    It seems to just be the animated sections. Is there a way to disable animations site-wide to have them showup?

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, it looks like you are using JetPack on this site, which as I recall, has a lazy load option, have you tried disabling JetPack and other plugins?
    Also try with these options on:
