    Good evening, Kriesi.at Team,

    I would be very happy if you can help with this issue.

    I bought an Enfold theme from themeforest.net about three years ago with my business account and I’ve used my business email when purchasing the theme. Unfortunately I am no longer with the company and I do not have any access to the theme. I’ve just realised that as I’ve updated to WordPress to 4.9 last night and I’ve tried to update the theme but I couldn’t as I no longer have an access to my themeforest account.

    Is there any chance that you can look into it and to provide some tips on how to restore my log in details if the email that I’ve used back in the time is no longer existing?

    Hey Vasil,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Have you inserted your username and API key in Enfold theme options? If you have and still do not receive updates, please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If you have not, i am afraid only way for you to access theme files are through ThemeForest account that was used to purchase the theme.
