    Hi, I’we been trying to get an answer to this question for days but no luck yet.
    I have built my blog page with the layout builder, inserted excerpts manually but these won’t show.
    My scope is to display title + 2 lines of excerpt no read more link.
    Nothing on theme settings reacts, i was not even able to hide the read more link, done it trough CSS hide.
    I changed all setting tried all options but nothing seems to work to get excerpts displayed.

    Would someone maybe answer?

    Hi Victoria,
    The missing excerpt is caused by some custom code I added. Did not find yet what it is exactly.
    Will give you an update as soon as I find out.
