    Hey you,

    I’m using Enfold because it was working fine in 3 projects before. Now I’m building a new site for another customer and purchased the theme again. Everything was fine until I started to build up my pages with the Avia builder. First one text block on the home page disappeared (it was there in the source code and not deactivated), then some images, then the text in the header slider. Now the whole site won’t load, the source code is empty.

    I updated the theme to the last version, but it shows no effect.

    Can you tell me what I can do now? I’m a little handicapped with this setup, I have no FTP access and my customer has to upload all files when needed with FTP. It would be great to get a solution without involving FTP access.

    Hey anamicagmbh,

    Thanks for that. It looks like the theme is not installed correctly, could you try deleting the current version then upload a fresh copy from your Themeforest account to see if that helps please?
