After updating Enfold and TEC, problems started. The countdown disappeared on both pages it was showing previously PPM Home and Startup Home (published pages). Went to settings to reset it and WOW – the dropdown “Which Entries” to select what data to use is not there. It’s just blank space. No error, no notice no nothing. I also checked Chrome developer tools for front-end errors- NONE.
WP Admin and FTP credentials posted private.

Thank you for the inquiry.
Someone else edited the page while we are inspecting it. Did you login just now?
Please note that the events countdown element relies on the events taxonomies or categories. You will not be able to display any events if there are no events taxonomies. Please make sure that the events that you want to display in the events countdown element belong to at least one category.

IsmaelOctober 7, 2022 at 3:31 pm #1367980Hello, yes I was working, sorry. A couple of notes – I don’t know if your review noted:
1) TEC Upcoming Events and Enfold event widgets, post listing using events were already working fine. Each uses “all” if category(s) not selected. I had tested in the blog sidebar and home page.
2) The sidebar countdown widget also was working fine
3) The Animated Countdown (manually enter date) I also had tested fine (Content Elements)Setting categories for the active events:
1) DID fix the missing dropdown however…
2) NO CHANGE with Enfold’s Plugin Additions > Events Countdown not showing (set to show countdown to next event automatically)I really hope you can help – REALLY critical to my client promoting their events.
October 10, 2022 at 8:08 am #1368211Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We just noticed that the enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown folder is missing in your installation. Please download the theme again and place the events_countdown folder manually in the enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ folder. This should fix the issue.
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 10, 2022 at 2:38 pm #1368282Hello Ismael,
When I checked the avia-shortcodes/ folder the events_countdown/ folder was already present with a single file events_countdown.php – same file size as well. The date on the folder and file was 9/24 as the rest of the theme files. I downloaded again and the files are the same Sept.1 date I used. I overwrote the events_countdown.php file but the only change is the date stamp to 10/10/22. I manually selected each event category present in settings – It’s still not working https://stg.savvywebs.com/startup-home/October 12, 2022 at 10:03 am #1368543Hi,
Sorry about that. We actually thought that the file was missing because it is not showing in the Appearance > Editor panel. The file actually exists when we accessed the server via FTP. Unfortunately, we are not yet sure why the events countdown is not displaying, so we pushed the thread to our channel. Please wait for the rest of moderators’ response.
Best regards,
Ismael -
