    After the update to Enfold 5.2.1 it’s not possible to buy tickets for events. We use The Events Calendar + Events Tickets + Events Tickets Plus. If you click on the “get ticket” button nothing happens. This is the error:

    We will rollback tot 5.1.2 for the time being. I hope this can be fixed in a next version of Enfold.

    Could you please create a testing installation and post temporary WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it?

    I tried to reproduce the issue on my test installation however get tickets button works for me. I attached the link in private content field below.

    Was there any update to this issue?

    I have the same issue on two separate sites. On one, I got it working by checking “Enable Updated Tickets Experience” at wp-admin/admin.php?page=tec-tickets-settings but on the other the display options are not available, for some reason (same plugin versions).

    Everything works smoothly with any other theme I try though. Is there a conflict you’re away of and a fix in the works?

    Hi Yigit,

    I have created a staging environment and again implemented all updates there. Don’t ask me why, but everything works fine there. I don’t get it, but I’m glad it works :-)
