HI,
we installed the module as per instructions.
It appears on the page, but when you click on the “get tickets” button nothing happens.
The window with the checkout button does not apper, just the page reloads.Thanks!

Sorry for the delay. There is a quantity button in the right top corner of the ticket box, so it has to be set first before you’ll be able to click the button. Is that what you’re doing?

Same here. When i activate the twentytwenty theme it works and i get directed to paypal, but when i activate ebfold again, i click on the button, get a short loading and then i am back on the event page like nothing happened…

@dreirad-studios: We get this error when we try to add an event ticket.
Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /www/htdocs/site.com/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/Commerce/PayPal/Cart/Unmanaged.php on line 112Unfortunately, we are not really sure what’s causing it but it looks like a function in the plugin file (Unmanaged.php) is not getting the correct parameter type which should be an array or an object. Did you try asking the plugin authors?
