Hi Enfold Support,
We’d like to have a postslider on the home page where it pulls from all the Event Calendar posts although there’s no option within the postslider to select the Event Calendar post type or category.Can I include Event Calendar plugin posts within a postslider? Seems since it’s treated like a post we should be able to turn on the post type or post category to appear within a postslider. Maybe make an update to the postslider.php file?

Hey Eric,
We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

We figured it out. Feel free to add this to your knowledgebase in case others have the same question. The Events Calendar plugin category appears within the post slider edit screen under the category drop down labeled, “Tribe Events Cat”
Event Calendar Option in Post Slider" />Select that option and then select the event post categories you’d like to include in the post slider (or other post presentation element) and viola!
Now I just need to figure out how to change the sort order. :)
