    Hi Genius’,

    1. If I was to add 2 standard default image sizes to the already established default sizes in the media archive … does that mean the media archive would then re-generate the existing images in the archive and produce the image in these 2 new extra sizes for all existing images?

    2. If I re-sized the existing default Portfolio image (when I know I haven’t used it anywhere on the site) would it be OK?

    Regards,
    Annemarie

    Hey Annemarie,
Thank you for your patience, when the image sizes are changed or added it doesn’t take effect until a new image is uploaded, so you should Regenerate the images for the changes to be applied to the old images. If you are sure a size will not be needed from any of your existing images then you could just move forward without regenerating.
I hope this makes sense and helps.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Super, thanks Mike. I don’t want to effect old images if I can, so that’s perfect.
