Ich habe ein Problem mit einem Shop, auf dem unter anderem das Enfold-Theme installiert ist. Als erstes trat auf, dass ich den Erweiterten Layout Editor nicht mehr laden konnte, erst dann wenn ich das Sofort-Überweisungs-Plugin deaktiviert hatte. Nun habe ich den Shop komplett geupdated und kann jetzt kaum noch was machen. Layout Editor läd nicht (trotz deaktivierter SofortÜberweisung, Änderungen im Theme selbst (Im Reiter Enfold) bewirkt “Saving didn’t work, please reload …” Variante Produkte nicht ladbar … etc. etc. Ich benutze WordPress 4.7 (de), Php 5.6.25, MySQL 5.6.33, Woocommerce 2.6.11, WooCommerce Germanized 1.7.4, WooCommerce Germanized Pro 1.5.8, Vendidero Helper 1.1.3, und das momentan deaktivierte Sofort-Überweisungs-Plugin. Vendidero Helper habe ich deaktiviert, aber kein Erfolg, die WooCommerce Plugins würde ich ungerne deaktivieren, oder sollte da nichts kaputt gehen? Hoffe Ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen :o(

I am not sure I understand properly since I just used google translate for this topic, is it if the Remittance Plugin is disabled then Advance Layout Builder works properly? Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

i’m sorry, my last topic was in german, so i tried it again ;o) my problem with the advanced layout builder started with the “SofortÜberweisung Plugin”, a payment method. deactivating this plugin worked fine, to make some changes on seperate sites. but after fully updating the website, i cannot do anything in advanced layout builder, enfold settings etc. please check out the backend. i do not know if you can deactivate the woocommerce plugins without doing something wrong. that’s why i did not try this step till now.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Please deactivate all plugins while testing to check if one is causing this issue.
