    Hallo Service
    Kann im Backend mit dem erweiterten Layout Editor im ENFOLD nicht mehr die Inhalts-Elemente im Layout editieren. Alle Inhaltselemente sind leer. Das Frontend sieht gut aus. Habe alle Plugins disabled aber immer noch leere Seiten. Es ging bis jetzt mit den Plugins, sind auch keine neuen hinzugekommen.
    Das einzige wo ich wechselte war von PHP-Version: 8.1 auf PHP-Version: 8.2.7. Auch das wechselte ich wieder, war immer noch leer.
    Wo ist das Problem?

    Thank you for the info.

    The builder seems to be working as expected. Is this happening on a specific page? Please provide a short video clip of the issue and a direct link to the page.

    Have you tried testing it using a different device or browser?

    I use the GOOGLE CHROME and I have tried now the SAFARI to open in the Backend the Part of Portfolio Site the PORTFOLIO PORTFOLIO…. Text-Block and there is nothing in there to edit.

    Is it possible to send a Printscreen?

    You can use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur, or Dropbox to upload and share the screenshot. We tried logging in again but encountered this error:

    FEHLER: Falsch! – Bitte löse das Captcha richtig

    Please temporarily disable the captcha plugin and provide a direct link to the page with the issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I see the problem on the page in private, and I can see that the server is returning a 500 internal server error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file. Could you share server error logs with us please?

    Also please try to activate debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show advance options in order to see the layout builder shortcodes. You can then copy the shortcodes to a new page, and try to remove the shortcode that you have added to the top of the layout for example.
