I’ve been getting these errors for a while (included in private content). More frequent lately.
Please advise

December 16, 2016 at 1:06 am #725112Hey!
Can you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check if fopen php functions is enabled or not.
Since you are using the latest version of the theme, i assume you have overwritten all files but please try doing it once again via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/Let us know if that helps!
Cheers!
YigitDecember 16, 2016 at 1:49 am #725125I talked to the hosting provider. fopen is enabled
I will try over-writing the latest Enfold.
Sometime approx a year ago, I tried disabling Layerslider and using the plugin because it had a new feature I needed. There were some issues though, so I deleted the plugin and re-enabled the Enfold version of Layerslider.
After that it was always telling me there was an update. Also, I vaguely remember a similar error back at that time. Could there be a lingering issue from that?
December 16, 2016 at 8:45 am #725206I deleted the old Enfold theme and uploaded a fresh copy. So far I have not seen the errors, but it is usually when I update some plugins that the errors show up. I will let you know if I encounter such errors when there are a couple plugins that need updating
