    Hi,

I have a couple of questions and problems:

    1) I am getting repeated error messages, when adding content to the site:

    err_http2_server refused_stream

Warning: file_get_contents(/homepages/13/d736556283/htdocs/MYWEBSITE/wp-content/themes/enfold-child%20MY%20WEBSITE/style.css): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/13/d736556283/htdocs/MYWEBSITE/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/asset-manager.class.php on line 418

    2) I tried to update the Enfold theme and it crashes the site (I have to restore the database from the server side).

    3) I have created a Masonry blog grid. It works as it should in English, but it doesn’t work in the other languages.

    Thank you,
    Julia

    Hi,

    Thanks for the details.

    1. I tried editing the page in private so it’s saving fine, how can we reproduce this problem?

    2. This problem is difficult to help you out with unless we can see what happens, could you update on a staging version of the site first maybe?

    3. On which page are you using this element?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

I am having the same problem again. It happened now twice after I made a change in Enfold. This time I changed the font size via quick CSS and when I update the page I get the error message on top of the page.

    Please advise,
    kind regards,
    Julia

    Hi Julia,

Thanks for that. Could you share FTP login details as well please? We’d like to check the wp-config.php file on your installation.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I see that WordPress debugging is turned off so that is not the problem. Could you try updating WordPress to the latest version to see if that helps please? If not then try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
