Hello,
I have found various problems in the Google Webmastertools with bluetenwerk-cologne.de:wp-content/themes/enfold/ – Status 500
wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/ – Status 403
portfolio-item/…/feed/ – Status 404
mobile/ – Status 404
m/ – Status 404In other threads concerning these topics I found that the problem should be fixed with the next theme update or could be caused by older WP versions. But: WordPress (version 4.2.4), all plugins and also the enfold theme (version 3.2.3) are uptodate.
So, I ask you for support how these errors could be avoided. Many thanks
August 6, 2015 at 1:36 pm #483850Hi wuo!
can you try to deactivate all plugins to see if one is causing this issue? Where exactly do you see those errors? does it happen when you activate a default WordPress theme instead?
Cheers!
AndyAugust 6, 2015 at 8:21 pm #484142Hello Andy
many thanks for your reply. I deactivated all plugins by renaming the directory to _plugins. Nevertheless the errors remained unchanged. I see them in the Google Webmaster Tools – Section Crawling Errors. When I change to a default WP theme the error is still there! You can find some screenshots at this link: http://bluetenwerk-cologne.de/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/errors-in-gwmt-060815.pdfIn on of the other threads I found that the memory limit should be set to 128 MB. So, I installed the plugin WP usage which told me “66 of 128 MB used”. So, I thought from the server everything should be ok, but since there are also errors with the default theme I am not totally sure about this.
Many thanks for your help!

August 7, 2015 at 7:22 pm #484658Hey!
when you still see it using a default WordPress theme then it can’t be theme related. In this case we can’t do much. Please contact your host and ask for support.

AndyAugust 9, 2015 at 4:00 pm #484907Hello Andy,
I am not sure about that what you told me since in the meantime I found these errors in the error logs:
1) mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /var/www/vhosts/bluetenwerk-cologne.de/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/index.php on line 9
2) Options FollowSymLinks or SymLinksIfOwnerMatch is off which implies that RewriteRule directive is forbidden: /var/www/vhosts/bluetenwerk-cologne.de/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/index.plFurthermore I looked around for references of enfold and found examples – I post them as private message below – which show the same errors.
So, in my opinion the errors are theme specific!
Please have a look.Many thanks
August 10, 2015 at 12:48 pm #485239Hey!
both examples in your private content are using a very old version of the theme, which might cause this. First one is using Enfold v1.3.1. and second example Enfold v3.0.4. So both just need to be updated.
You might need to delete all theme files and a get a fresh copy from your themeforest account if those error message keep going. There might be some corrupted files.
Best regards,
