Having issues installing Enfold theme. This is a fresh install with no plugins currently activated and WP 4.2.2 installed. I have tried both installing the theme via the theme upload on the admin of WP and also via ftp and the issue exists either way. I have also tried increasing the memory limit of the site to 128Mb as was recommended in another thread. Here are the error codes that appear:
Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp/sess_etf9976qnkmvt82lj9ooln35n7, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /home/woodhave/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php on line 32
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /home/woodhave/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php:32) in /home/woodhave/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php on line 32

Here is the link to the site (does not have a domain pointed at it as of yet): http://185.56.86.85/~woodhave/
We have installed this theme on another development account on the same server and it is running just fine, so not sure where the issue lies (http://185.56.86.85/~pancake/).
Really like this theme a lot so please give us some guidance as to what may be the issue.
Thanks!

The Impact GuysMay 18, 2015 at 6:01 am #445508Hey twbarnes10!
I had a look in the backend of your installation and I can see the latest version of the theme installed already, did you manage to get it fixed? If not, please have a look at the write permissions of the folder you are trying to upload to.
Regards,
RikardMay 18, 2015 at 3:34 pm #445741Folder permissions are all 755, file permissions 644, as normal and also are identical to the other site we have the theme installed on which is not exhibiting any errors. The theme installs without issue, but clearly displays errors when you go to view it. Any other theme we install on that account works fine, just this one having issues.
May 19, 2015 at 3:50 am #446182Hi!
The error above is temporary. It will get fixed automatically. Are you having trouble creating pages? Refer to this link for more info: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/warning-session_start-function-session-start-help-asap-please/#post-352964
Regards,
IsmaelMay 19, 2015 at 5:54 pm #446605The problem seems to work this way….as stated the theme is installed on two different cPanel accounts http://185.56.86.85/~woodhave/ and http://185.56.86.85/~pancake/). If you pull up one of them in a browser, the first one will load fine. You go to load the second one in the same browser, it trips the error codes we are seeing. I have just confirmed this sequence on two different laptops on the 3 major browsers. Does the same thing each time.
Any ideas why this would be happening? It is almost as if this theme cannot exist on more than one account per server…very strange.
May 21, 2015 at 3:22 am #447516Hey!
I’m not sure why it behaves like that. Please refer to this link for a possible fix: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/warning-session_start-function-session-start/#post-447416
Cheers!
