hi,
i uploaded the latest update of the theme and when i try to access either the site or the admin, i get a blank page and the following in the error console
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) (customize.php, line 0)
[Error] TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating 'this.hide()')
close (content_start_0.js, line 1)
when i roll back to 2.3.2, the site loads fine
any suggestions?
thanks.
Hey Paul!
This is a server side error. Please contact your host. Could be intermittent, like if the server database goes down. May be worth trying at another time. Please post a link to the website with the latest Enfold version.
Best regards,
Ismael
When I roll it back to 2.3.x the site is fine. If I switch the theme to 2.4.5 then I get the error, so something in the update is causing the server error.
Hey!
Please try to increase the allocated php memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
If this doesn’t help try to re-install WP3.8 and Enfold 2.4.5 with ftp: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

Peter
hi,
never did get this figured out, and still trying to upgrade. tried 2.4.5 as well as the latest 2.6.1
tried increasing the memory allocation, as well as disabling all plugins, updating to 3.8.1 and updating theme directly via ftp
