I have added the theme to wordpress and downloaded the “Agency – Enfold Parallax Demo” and the builder works, however this is not reflected in the site

Did you try setting a different front page in the theme settings? If you need further help, then please post a link to where we can see the actual problem.

If the demo was imported correctly, then you should be able to set that as the front page.

A day agoHello again, I have redownloaded the demo, deleted and reinstalled theme, etc. but was not able to activate the frontpage.
– After installing, “frontpage” doesn’t appear until I create a new page, then it appears for editing in the avia layout builder. However, any changes doesn’t get reflected (still shows the default page saying “Welcome to WordPress! This is your first post. Edit or delete it to take the first step in your blogging journey.”) no matter how many times I update the page.
– Once I leave the builder, the frontpage disappears from my pages list and I have to create a new page once again…The builder looks great and would love to be able to create my site via the demo. Without it working though, I would seriously like a refund unless you can find some probable solution.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Thanks for that. I’m not sure how to login though, the login URL takes me to a page which looks to be a JetPack page, and the only option I get there is to login with the details in private. Could you let us know how to login into the backend of your site please?

Try going to Enfold Theme Options ▸ Frontpage Settings and make sure the Frontpage is set
If that doesn’t help try going to WordPress ▸ Settings ▸ Reading ▸ Your homepage displays and set the frontpage there:
Then check your Pages ▸ All Pages and the frontpage should say Front Page like this:
Otherwise, please disable your JetPack plugin and post the admin login in the Private Content area so we can login and check.Best regards,

As previously indicated in this thread, all provided solutions doesn’t work.
– Enfold Theme Options ▸ Frontpage Settings – has no options for Frontpage (doesn’t show)
– WordPress ▸ Settings ▸ Reading ▸ Your homepage displays – says Default without any options

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure where you have sent the login invitation, please post all login information in private in this thread. Otherwise all moderators won’t have access to the same information. We have no email inbox which is shared.

Rikard (believe it’s you) sent me the email in the private content box so I sent an invitation there.
Can you go into the site and try to fix the issue? I can send it to another email if the current one isn’t working.
Since none of the issues work and if you’re not able to fix in WordPress, please give me a refund to my paypal account.

Thanks for the update, but that email is what I see when trying to login. That is not our email, so I figured it was yours. Again, please post all login details here in this thread in private. We can’t access a common email inbox.
If you want a refund, then please reach out to Envato, where you bought the theme.
