    The worst part is that the page still loads incredibly slow… we are not sure if something is not working rate with Enfold
    If we preview pages, it takes forever…
    Seems like the updates did this but we are not sure…
    Can you help pls.

    As for the preview it seems this js is blocking (link in private content) which seems to try to retrieve some data:

    moment-timezone-with-data-10-year-range.min.js?ver=1.1:1 Moment Timezone has no data for Zurich

    Thanks I understand that problem
    BUT
    What I still have is that preview is loading very slowly AND not showing the text I entered. AND loading the preview slowly.

    I made a page, if I klick on preview, it tends not to update and go very slow. Happens with Kriesi only not other templates we use, no clue why.

    Can you help please

    Thanks for providing the link, I could see this error showing (which most likely is the cause):

    Block validation: Block validation failed for core/shortcode

    which seems similar to the https://kriesi.at/support/topic/theme-backend-block-save-function-error/#post-1135836
    I tested this on your site and it seems to work properly however I returned it back since I’m not sure if you are using WordPress Gutenberg/Block Editor.
    I switched to classic editor in Enfold > Theme Options > Choose your editor set this to Use WP Classic Editor

    Now we can no longer duplicate the page, it comes out in the old design.
    Can you please remove these changes… we lost several pages.

    I have removed the changes I made, basically it was just “I switched to classic editor in Enfold > Theme Options > Choose your editor set this to Use WP Classic Editor”

    But the problem is still, that we cannot duplicate a page we made
    If we duplicate any 2. marketing. or 3 Marketing, the old design comes up

    SECOND the page still load incredibly slow which all tells me is a template issue…

    Hence, so far we have gotten nowhere with this Enfold error

    I’m not really sure what you mean by the first statement, can you give us steps on how we can see the issue?
    As for the slow page load, can you give us again temporary admin access? so we can check on it again.

    If I try to duplicate a page such as https://test.drkpi.ch/wp-admin/post.php?post=19221&action=edit&lang=de the design comes out totally different…. old template of page as given by Kriesi

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    Looks like the 3. Marketing: Compliance and Data Protection page already exists in the EN version of the site and it has its own content. To fix it, or to show the updated content, we saved the content of the original page (DE) as template and applied it to the translated page or the EN version. You should now be able to translate the content directly from the builder, or use the translation management editor. (see private field)
