    Hi, I´ve updated to Enfold 4.4 from Enfold 4.2 and I get this error
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /homepages/24/d670851610/htdocs/clickandbuilds/ElTrampolin/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in /homepages/24/d670851610/htdocs/clickandbuilds/ElTrampolin/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8

    Do you know what should I do in order not to have this error?

    Hey cipriana,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Did you update the theme via FTP? Please remove the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes folder completely and then replace it with the latest one.

    Hi, do you mean I should remove the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes folder from the OLD VERSION? And then replace all the enfold folder with the new one?

    Hi, help please!!, I have done what you told me and now there are things wrong in my web. Some things are now shown.

    Hi,

    Please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can fix the issue for you.
    Deleting the theme and re-installing it should help :)

    I have gone back to previous enfold version so my web is active.
    Could you upload last enfold version without broking the web?

    Hey,

    I switched to default theme and then deleted Enfold in Appearance > Themes and re-installed it and then activated your child theme. Please review your website.

    thank you but in mobile it is not good.
    I had to go back to version 4.2 since it was good in desktop but not in mobiles and my client was a little nervous.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. What are the mobile issues? Please be more specific and don’t go back to the old version because we need to check the site for errors. Let us know when the site is updated to version 4.4.1.

    You should create a development or a staging site to keep the production site live during an update.
