    Hello at Kriesi,
    my website shows an error when loading:

    Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=32164 in ../wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2024

    When I change to twenty twenty theme the error does not show anymore.

    I have tried editing the php.ini
    max_allowed_packet
    and
    post_max_size
    and
    upload_max_filesize
    but that does not work.
    .
    Can you help?

    Hi Sigmund,

    That is because you have a function in your child theme which is dependent on the Events Calendar. If you activate that plugin again then the error should go away.

    yes, but then I get the “Error while sending QUERY packet again. So it must be the Events Calendar Plugin or function?

    Hi Rikard,
    I have deactivated enfold child theme and then reactivate enfold parent theme. After that activate enfold child theme. Now the error has gone away. But I have no idea what causes the troubles. :-( Do you have?

    I have no idea to be honest with you, but sometimes things like that can work. It’s like rebooting your computer or phone I guess :-)
