    I do get the following error message when trying to save a Button Row as Custom Element:
    Custom Element shortcode edited and stored shortcode do not match. I have tried different approaches and theme settings including for the setting “Hierarchical Custom Elements” under “Custom Elements” settings but nothing helped solved the problem. Could you please look into this issue?

    Thanks for that, login details are working now. On which page is the element which you are having problems saving as a custom element located?

    On the page specified below in the private content of this message, when I try to change the button attribute to “use no icon” for a button element or to lock/unlock this attribute in the custom element “Button-Zeile”, I do get the error message.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I’m not sure if I’m missing a step or not, but when I try to save the button row as custom element, it seems to be working fine. I created the “Custom Button Row Kriesi test” element. Could you give us step by step instructions on what you are doing to get the error message in question please?
