    Hey arthurgta,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the error? You can use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur, or Dropbox to upload and share the screenshot.

Regarding the Special Heading, make sure that the element is not disabled in Enfold > Performance > Disable Template Builder Elements. Try temporarily loading all elements or manually toggling the required ALB elements.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

I noticed when i do the above and click save all it says all SAVED but when I refresh the setting page it shows no changes on settings.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

We logged in to the site and tried to change the theme options, but they revert back after refreshing the page. Have you tried disabling the plugins temporarily?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

I have deactivated all plugins but still no change.

    Hi,

We are not encountering any errors when changing the theme options, so we are not entirely sure what’s happening. Please ask your hosting provider if there is a server cache that we are unaware of. In the meantime, please try setting your installation to debug mode and enable error logs.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
