Hi Kriesi,
my client upgraded the site to wordpress 6.0.1 and woocommerce 6.7.0 and the alternative mobile menu stopped working. We updated the child theme to the latest version 5.1.1 but got error 500 on the pages where we used the layout builder to invoke the products. The backend pages could no longer be edited. The site cannot have this error and we reverted to the old version of the theme using the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to show the menu. But this is not a solution, can you help me?Thanks advance
August 5, 2022 at 3:22 pm #1360811Hi,
Thanks for contacting us!
I have tested this on my local installation using WordPress 6.0.1, WooCommerce 6.7.0 and Enfold 5.1.1 however I could not reproduce the issue. Issue might be related to modifications done on your child theme.
Could you please create a duplicate testing installation and post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it? :)
Regards,

Thank you for the info.
In the child there is also the “shortcode” folder of https://www.spiderflystudios.com/shop/software/custom-enfold-elements-spiderfly/, the header.php file has not been modified.
It is possible that the errors occurred because the custom shortcodes in that folder are not updated and are no longer compatible with the latest version of the theme. Is there an available update for the custom shortcodes that is compatible with Enfold 5.1.1?
Please enable the error logs so that we can check the generated errors. You may need to contact the shortcode developer/s and ask them to inspect the issue.
Best regards,
