    When trying to customise my Enfold theme, I’m getting the following error.

    “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”.

    When I activate Enfold theme (ver. 4.5.7) on my end here, I got fatal error. Upon checking the log, I found this log:
    [14-Aug-2019 03:08:04 UTC] PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘product_gallery’ in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-woocommerce/config.php on line 19

    Can you update the theme’s file so the theme will work as it should?

    Hi,

    The theme is working for the vast majority of our users so the problem is likely due to something local to your site. Which version of PHP are you running for instance? We recommend 7.1 or 7.2. You can also refer to this article on how to fix the site is experiencing technical difficulties problem.
