Hi,
We have just installed the newest version of the Enfold theme. When we tried to save the theme settings, we got a ‘Saving didnt work!
Please reload the page and try again’ error. We’ve already tried to change the memory limit, deactivating all plugins and we changed the folder permissions. Do you have any idea why it’s not working? We’ve imported the files from another website that also used Enfold. Besides that we haven’t done anything yet to the template or the theme options.Hope to hear from you soon, thanks.

Do you happen to have a solution? Unfortunately we need it to work as soon as possible, preferably today as our client is waiting on if we can use this theme or not.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue.
How much php memory limit are you using on your server?

We are using the latest version of the theme (version 3.8)
We are using 256 for PHP memory limit at the moment, as we’ve already tried adding this up to get the theme to work.
Still not working unfortunately – Could you look into this issue?

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.

There it goes well. Meanwhile, we have increased the memory limit to 256 within this WP installation. Unfortunately, without success. Can you help us with this? Thanks, Erik
