    Hi there:

According to one review, has encountered a fatal error and I suggest the following in support of Hosting:

“From what I see the error is due to being called a get_header function that is not defined anywhere.

Therefore, the error might be caused by the fact of the matter is found improperly installed, so not certain files, or that this issue is not directly compatible with the version of WordPress you are using. ”

    Hi Carlos!

Please try re-updating the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
You can see get_header in index.php file in Appearance > Editor

    Yigit

    Hi!

The get_header function is a native WordPress function, i’d suggest re-installing WordPress.

    Hi!

Try re-installing the theme via FTP, according to that error this file isn’t present:

    /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-helper.class.php

    Regards,
    Josue

    Hola Josue:

He vuelto a instalar el tema en su ultima version y sigue con el mismo problema, sigue dando el mismo error.

He revisado el fichero ” shortcode.helper.class.Php ” y si esta en la carpeta correspondiente.

    Que puedo hacer?

    Hi @limedrop,

Sure, provide us a temporary admin to check if we can reproduce this problem.

    Hey!

    Thank you for the update.

Still not sure why it’s not working. Please try to go to wp-content/plugins folder then rename all the folders temporarily.

If that doesn’t work, you might need to install WordPress from scratch. Please try to use this plugin to export the database: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/

Refer to this link for more info on how to properly transfer the database:

    http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/
    https://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/migrating-your-wordpress-database-wp-migrate-db-production-to-development–wp-32684

Make sure that you have a backup on your server before doing this. Much better if you can revert back to a working version of the site.

    Regards,
    Ismael
