    Hi everybody,

I need your help. I’ve tried everything and found out that Enfold is causing the problem.

Tried several PHP versions. No luck.

But if I activate another theme it just works normally.

The problem lies in the following things:

    1. Add all variations in a product

    2. From an order send the order to MyParcel (bottom right in the menu if you are in an order)

    3. Pay back an order through Mollie.

These things all probably use the same technology, so this goes wrong.

If I turn on the standard theme then nothing is wrong.

    Thanks in advance!

    hi! Anyone!?

    #1086746

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the video, I can’t read the language that your site is in, but I believe that the page gets stuck at the “Add all variations in a product” part, am I correct?
please include an admin login so we can see if the page is getting any errors at this point.
In your post you talk about these two steps:

    2. From an order send the order to MyParcel (bottom right in the menu if you are in an order)
    3. Pay back an order through Mollie.

But I don’t know what they are and I don’t think you did these steps in your video, correct?
Do you try disabling your plugins to see if you still got stuck at the same point?

    Best regards,
    Mike

hi Your right its about : “Add all variations in a product”.

I will send the information in private content.

The other 2 steps are somthing else yes, and not in the video.

    1 of 2: https://ibb.co/kS1PcXK

You go to orders, select een completed order, then select “Terugbetalen” below the order details. Then the screen shows like the screenshot. “Terug betaling via Mollie doest work. Its a bit hard to test because site is live. Maybe you can test it trough the add all variations.

2 of : Send order to MyParcel

You go to orders, the select an order that has status : In behandeling. Open order. On the right kolom it says MyParcel with a button export naar MyParcel.
Its a bit hard to test because site is live. Maybe you can test it trough the add all variations.

    Hi,
Thank you for clarifying, but unfortunately I could not login, Please see the screenshot in Private Content area.
Please check the password and also let us know what country you are in, sometimes I need to use a VPN to fake my country so that I can login.
For the steps Mollie & MyParcel, I have not seen these screens before, is this a plugin?
Since this is two issues, one with the builder lockup when “Add all variations in a product” is tried and the other with the “Mollie & MyParcel”, once I can login to investigate, I will first work on “Add all variations in a product” and see what errors are occurring.
Since it’s a live site, perhaps it would be good to see if your webhost has a “1 click staging site” option, this will clone your site so we can check your site without your live site being affected. Most bigger webhosts offer this in the cPanel.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi ive setup a staging.

Link and info in privat content.

    Hi,
Thank you for setting up the staging site, I was able to login. So I followed the steps in your video and at the point that the variable build broke this was the error you had:

meta-boxes-product-variation.min.js?ver=3.5.7:1 Uncaught TypeError: window.alert is not a function
        at Object.success (meta-boxes-product-variation.min.js?ver=3.5.7:1)

        at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable&ver=5.1.1:2)
        at y (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable&ver=5.1.1:4)

I disabled all plugins, except woocommerce, and tried again. I again got the error that the plugin is trying to give a alert box.
Your site didn’t have a core theme installed so I tested this on my localhost by exporting your products and imported them, and then switched to a core theme, which worked because the “alert box” was given without a error:
    2019-04-07-105039
I took a look at the test products that I created on your site when your page locked up, and found that the product variations were successfully created, so I conclude that the error is that when the alert box is given by woocommerce to say that the job is done, there is a javascript error that throws the error “window.alert is not a function”.

I have put these findings in a issue report for the dev team to test and recreate, and as soon as I hear back from them I will post here. Please leave the staging site up should they want to check anything.
    Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
Good news, the dev team has found the error. Please try replacing this file:
    /enfold/framework/js/avia_recaptcha.js
with the version in the Private Content area.
Then clear your browser cache and any cache plugin a couple of times and check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

@Mike, can you please explain me what you changed in /enfold/framework/js/avia_recaptcha.js ? I have the same problem!

    Hi,

    @gilvfr
Sorry, I’m not sure what the dev team had changed at the time, but this was from April and it was included in the following version, which was at least 3 versions ago, so if you are using the latest version of Enfold you would have it.
Please open a new thread and explain your issue and how we can see it on your site with admin login in the Private Content area so we can examine. Please also try disabling your plugins to see if the error continues.

Since this is not your thread posting your login here will not be private and you will not see anything we write in the Private Content area.

    Best regards,
    Mike

@Mike, I was convinced I had the latest version available, while I had 4.5.5.
Updating to 4.5.7 everything works correctly. Thanks you.
