    Hi

    I am having the below error when trying to connect google reCAPTCHA in the google services area of the website
    —
    Error on connecting to Google reCAPTCHA – please retry.

    The response parameter is missing.
    The secret parameter is invalid or malformed.
    —-

    I have regenerated the v2 and v3 keys a number of times, cleared my cache and cookies, checked the other support topics and the issue is still happening.

    Any help is much appreciated as I am a bit stuck now!

    Hey Jon,

    The login token you posted is not working, please regenerate it or post regular login details. Also please share the details you are trying to use for reCAPTCHA.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I see that you have disabled reCAPTCHA in the theme options. Can we activate it? Also please share the details which you are trying with in private.

    Hi zerodotnine,

    Thanks for that. I tried verifying your keys on the backend and that seems to have worked:

    We were able to properly connect and verify your API keys with Google reCAPTCHA

    Could you check on your end if it works as well please?

    Hi migmarrero,

    Please try using reCAPTCHA v3, it’s not allowed to remove the box your are referring to when using v2.

    That is excellent, thank you

    I noticed a cache plugin was interfering with sending the mail from the forms, perhaps this was interfering with the keys also.
