    Hello,
    I have installed WordPress and Enfold new today.
    If the Enfold Theme is active, I can not uplod images. I always get the error message “Bei dem Upload ist ein Fehler aufgetaucht. Probiere es später noch einmal.”(“The upload an error has occurred. Try again later.”).
    If another theme is active, then uploading of the pictures works well.

    What can I do?

    Hi Marcus,

    Could you try increasing the WordPress memory limit to see if that helps? http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP. 128mb should be enough. If that doesn’t work then please post login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    … sorry it didn´t help.

    I asked 1und1 (Provider) also. They increased the upload file size – it did not help either.

    Please note:
    Uploading images up to 300×300 pix is ok.
    Uplodaing images over 400×400 pix is not possible if the Enfold-Theme is aktiv.
    If Enfold isn´t aktiv, I´m able to upload any images of any sizes without any problems.

    Hi,

    Exactly where and when are you getting this error? I went to the media section of your installation and uploaded an image without any problems, see private content.
