    I did a fresh installation and keep getting the following error when importing demo
    Download of files for demo Startup Business Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.
    Can you assist?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. The PHP ZipArchive extention is turned off on your server, please try to activate it. If you don’t know how to do it, then your hosting provider should be able to help you out.

    Hi salleh2014,

    Please try to check if PHP ZipArchive extension is enabled on your localhost.
    Go to http://localhost/wp-admin/admin.php?page=layerslider&section=system-status (just replace http://localhost with the correct URL/address) and check if it’s enabled there.
