Hi
I’m hosted with WP Engine and on my server error logs have a lot of the following error repeating several times:
“[Tue Feb 21 17:53:03.625112 2017] [:error] [pid 30208] [client 127.0.0.1:51378] PHP Warning: fopen(/nas/content/live/silviafindings/.htaccess): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /nas/content/live/silviafindings/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 123”They tell me the error is generated by the theme or a plugin. Since I have many plugins, I thought I would ask you first to see if you can tell me if this error could perhaps be generated by the Enfold theme.
My website is http://silviafindings.wpengine.com/ (hosted on WPengine)
Thank you

Can you give us temporary admin access as well as ftp access, so we can check further on this. The error
Permission denied in /nas/content/live/silviafindings/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 123
doesn’t seem to point to the theme or plugins but we’ll try to find it out.
Best regards,

LyseFebruary 28, 2017 at 9:25 pm #753236Hey!
Please open a live chat with WPEngine ad they will do help you
It is more related to them that us, as the issue is blocking something from their side and not related to the theme at allCheers!
BasilisFebruary 28, 2017 at 9:29 pm #753237Hi Basilis,
I will do that again. I had chatted with them initially but because they told me it was the theme causing the issue I reverted here for help.
Thank you for the prompt reply.
