January 5, 2017 at 5:27 pm #729960Hey Calcite,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 5, 2017 at 6:05 pm #729988I have already deactivated many of the plugins on the site to try and isolate the cause. One thing you could check is the version of the theme. It shows the latest in the updates TAB but when I tried to update it to the current version a few weeks ago it failed a few times, so maybe the version did not update correctly?

Alan
January 5, 2017 at 6:54 pm #730011Hey!
They show up fine on my end, attached a screenshot in private content field.
Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

YigitJanuary 5, 2017 at 7:07 pm #730015Hi Yigit,
I’ve cleared the caches but stil have the problem.
BTW – the problem is not that they don;t show up, it is that when I click to edit I get the error. Some sections will open up and others won’t. Example on one page the Code module cannot be opened up but on the same page the Text file can. On another page one text section can be opened up for editing and the other one on the same page can’t be accessed.
Could you please log in again and visit the link I have attached and then click on any text box and tell me if it works OK?
Thanks.

January 7, 2017 at 8:57 am #730659Hi,
The WP_MEMORY_LIMIT is set to 40MB and the current memory usage is over that limit which is 50.61MB when you’re on the advance layout builder. Please increase the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to at least 128M.

January 11, 2017 at 5:18 am #731833Hi,
We just installed a memory usage display plugin and nothing else. The site is working before I left it.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 11, 2017 at 11:47 am #731987I’ve completely rebuilt the site. Not sure if I will do the update of the site yet as I have no problems with editing using 3.5.2
